SUNDIATA STEWART
Sundiata Stewart was born on 21st April 1950 in Barbados. Residing in Trinidad and Tobago since the 1970s.
He uses the picture making process in order to express his artistic interests. Composition, colour and space are very important. Subject matter is varied and limitless; the human form, however, dominates.
The use of Colour and understanding of "light" are binding forces in his work. Working with hard woods to produce sculptural forms is an additional activity.
